Does a request book a journey?
No. A request is an introduction. Availability, vehicle, pricing and arrangements are agreed with Aurum before a journey is confirmed.
Is the portal preview a live journey?
No. The demonstration shows a sample journey with simulated positions and timings, and it is clearly labelled. It never shows a real client’s location.
What credentials do your chauffeurs and vehicles carry?
Aurum operates under a Metro Nashville TLC Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. Chauffeurs hold the Tennessee “F” for-hire endorsement, and journeys are covered by at least $1M in liability insurance naming Metro as additional insured.
Who do I contact during a journey?
Every confirmed journey comes with a 24/7 dispatch line and a direct line to your assigned chauffeur, both shared in your confirmation.
How do existing clients access the portal?
Use Client sign-in with your existing account. Password recovery is available on the sign-in screen.
What happens to the information I share?
Your details are used to respond to your request and plan your journey, and Aurum vehicles carry no in-cabin cameras. Read our Privacy Policy for information about collection and use.
